Her work has ranged from providing professional services to the Government of Tanzania on legal issues relating to the PPP bus rapid transit system to providing advice to oil / gas companies on production sharing agreements. Her strong intellect, integrity and drive have also been seen in legal work within the agribusiness and civil aviation sectors in Tanzania.
Joy’s depth of expertise and breadth of experience proved an ideal blend for establishing her own firm in 2015. This has enabled Joy to offer her own personal approach to delivering legal counsel that always has the aim of providing pragmatic solutions for an increasingly complex and fast-paced business world. She has been ranked in Chambers and Partners from 2010, 2015 – 2019.
Joy is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
